Using Your Summit

A: Using the Summit is easy! Open the magnetic cap to reveal the heating chamber. Prepare your finely ground aromatic blends and fill the heating chamber to the top and secure the magnetic lid. When the Summit is turned off, press and hold the GO button for 3 seconds and the summit will vibrate, show the battery level and initiate warming of the heating chamber.

While the heating chamber is warming up, the corresponding pre-set temperature LED will flash. The GO button will turn green after the heating chamber cycle time has elapsed, and a three quick vibration notification will be provided. It’s GO time!

In standby mode when the GO button is illuminated blue, just press the GO button one time and the Summit will vibrate, show the battery level and initiate warming of the heating chamber.

A: The Summit by default is factory preset to heat at 410°F/210°C.
A: Hand torn material or a medium-fine consistency of dry aromatic blends works best.
A: The Summit heats up in as little as 35-45 seconds and when adjusting to a new temperature, it will take 10 seconds to stabilize at the new temperature.

A: To achieve best vapor quality, it is recommended to fill the chamber completely and tightly.
A: Nope! Summit remembers the last temperature used.
A: Stirring the blend one time is typically enough after two heating chamber cycles.
A: The grind level, how tightly filled it is in the oven and your draw rate will play a role in the vapor quality of the Summit.
A: The heating chamber temperature for the SUMMIT is adjustable from 320°F (160°C) to 446° (230°C).
A: There are 8 temperature presets, and they are adjustable by pressing of the + and – buttons and the preset temperature of the heating chamber is then maintained using an advanced micro-controller and temperature sensor.

    The temperatures are as follows:

  • Light Blue – 160°C (320°F)
  • Blue – 170°C (338°F)
  • Light Yellow – 180°C (356°F)
  • Yellow – 190°C (374°F)
  • Light Orange – 200°C (392°F)
  • Orange – 210°C (410°F)
  • Light Red – 220°C (428°F)
  • Red – 230°C (446°F)
A: No, only dry aromatic blends are recommended to be used. Liquids and concentrates should not be used in Summit and will void the warranty.
A: The USB wall charger works with 110v & 220V. You may need an outlet adapter for locations outside of North America.
A: The battery level is displayed using 4 white LEDs. When the GO button is pressed, the battery level is displayed prior to the heating chamber heating the blends.
A: There is a built-in rechargeable battery included inside the Summit. The battery is not replaceable.
A: The battery is non-replaceable. Opening of the Summit will void the warranty.
A: A full charge is achieved about 1 hour after using the provided wall charger. It may take longer using a computer USB port.
A: After a full charge, the SUMMIT battery lasts for 1 hour of continuous use or about 8 sessions.
A: Yes, however it does need 5% battery before it is able to be used.

A: Summit utilizes conduction heating system and heats the aromatic material through direct contact.
A: A precise microcontroller and temperature sensor is utilized in order to maintain the blend at the preset temperature.
A: Yes, Summit’s automatic shutoff timer turns off your unit after 90 seconds of non-use, meaning it will require pressing and holding of the GO button to put it into standby mode. In standby mode SUMMIT is consuming minimal power and has the heating element disabled, but is awaiting your instructions.

As a general safety rule, do not leave the Summit unattended while powered on.

A: The vapor pathway is constructed from premium components such as PAI (Polyamide-imide) and stainless steel and the plastic construction is polycarbonate.
A: The heating element is made from a resistive flexible circuit.
A: Yes! The SUMMIT uses specially manufactured 12mm diameter screens.
A: No, we do not recommend leaving your unit on while it’s not being used.
A: Haptic feedback notification automatically vibrates the Summit for a few seconds to let you know when it’s on, and heated up to the temperature, and then again when you turn it off.

Cleaning & Maintenance

A: Summit? Summit is very easy to clean. Simply pull off the magnetic mouthpiece, use the loading tool to pick out the filter screen from inside the heating chamber and run an elongated cleaning brush through the bottom of the heating chamber and through the vapor tube and out the mouthpiece. To replace the filter screen, place it on top of the heating chamber mouth and then use the filling end of the loading tool to push it down to the bottom. Ensure it is securely pushed against the base of the heating chamber.

Always make sure your vaporizer is COMPLETELY dry before plugging it back in.

Do not attempt any internal or external repairs to your unit as doing so may cause fatal injury – or worse – void your warranty! (Please contact us if you feel something is wrong with your vaporizer.)

Keep your vape clean! This will result in the best performance, and not cause any unnecessary stress on the machine. Like any high-tech equipment, you should handle your Summit with care. Make certain it is packaged well during transport.

A:It is recommended to give the SUMMIT a proper cleaning when there is buildup of residue in the heating chamber.
A: Yes, it can be wiped with Isopropyl Alcohol but cannot be immersed in the alcohol.
A: The heating chamber, screen, heating chamber lid (inside) and the vapor tube should be cleaned the most.
A: The elongated cleaning brush, brush and isopropyl alcohol pads work best.
A: To remove the screen, use the pick/packing tool to pick out the filter screen from inside the heating chamber by taking the point end and hooking the loop of the screen and pulling it upwards.

To replace the filter screen, place it on top of the heating chamber mouth and then use the filling end of the pick/packing tool tool to push it down to the bottom. Ensure it is securely pushed against the base of the heating chamber.

A: Anywhere where buildup is occurring such as on the screens and in the heating chamber.
A: Yes! Isopropyl alcohol with a soft brush such as an old toothbrush with plastic bristles. Rinse with warm water and repeat if necessary.

a unique serial number that can be checked online for authenticity. This will also provide information as to the manufacturing date.

Get the most out of your Summit:

      • Grind Consistency – are the ground-up particles all roughly the same size?
      • Grind level – the Summit prefers a medium grind, but experiment with finer or coarser grinds to see if it achieves the result you are after.
      • Amount Used – Some vaporizers thrive when loaded fully. Others, not so much.
      • Draw Rate – Conduction vaporizers lose a few degrees of heat as you draw out your vapors; cigar-like puffs will allow the heater to stay at the proper temperature through out your session. Play with your draw rate and duration to see what effect this has on vapor quality.
