The upgraded Cloud 3.0 now beings double the battery size and a variety of atomizers which allow you to customize your Cloud’s output to match your preferences. Shutoff has been increased to 25 seconds which allows to you draw exactly that amount you want. No more, no less. The Cloud hits perfectly, every single time.
Once the red LED light turns green, the 3.0 battery has been fully charged.
Charge the 3.0: This could take a few hours the first time, but subsequent charges should not take longer than 45-60 minutes.
Load the 3.0: This is easily done by removing the mouthpiece, and using the included key chain tool to apply your concentrates on top of the atomizer coil. Do not load too much, more than a sessions worth is definitely too much. Ensure the concentrate the making contact with the atomizer. Replace mouthpiece and apply silicone mouthpiece covers, if desired.
Power up and Draw: If the switch on the 3.0 is locked, unlock by pressing the button five times. This enables the power switch and the 3.0 is ready to use. Press the button and immediately begin drawing from the 3.0. Best practice is to keep the 3.0 as vertical as possible during use. Draw until you have had your fill, or the ten-second shut off turns the atomizer off.
Many owners find that taking one more draw through a cooling 3.0 (no power applied while drawing) keeps the air vents from clogging.
Atomizers will last 4-5 weeks with normal use. Your experience may vary.
Common Product Issues
There is also a safety on the power switch, clicking it five times turns off the power button, and repeating this turns the button back on. This is great if you have the 3.0 in your purse, or pocket, as it prevents it from going off accidentally and wasting your battery, or worse.
As a general safety rule, do not leave the 3.0 unattended while powered on.
Cleaning & Maintenance
If you need to remove materials from inside the crucible, you can do so using your 3.0 Tool. USE CAUTION and be extremely careful not to damage the atomizer coil.
Within the crucible of your 3.0 tank, the coil works to clean itself by clearing off any residue that comes in contact with it. We don’t recommend using any type of liquid cleaning agent in the 3.0 tank, as doing so could cause it to malfunction.
Cleaning the atomizer is not recommended, replace as needed.
Make sure you don’t expose the atomizer or battery to any liquids whatsoever. If you need to clean the outside of the 3.0 , use a warm damp cloth. If the 3.0 gets wet in any way, allow to dry in the sun or a warm dry area until COMPLETELY DRY. Attempting to use the 3.0 if wet will cause serious damage to the unit.

Getting the Most Out of Your Cloud Pen 3.0
- Drawing after the heater has cooled down will allow the air vents to stay free of blockage.
- Never leave a 3.0 in a hot car. Ever.
- While using the 3.0, try and keep it as vertical as possible to avoid potential leakage.
- Allowing the 3.0 to freeze can damage the atomizer. Avoid temperatures below 40 degrees.
- Use caution with the included G tool, as it could damage the atomizer coil if you aren’t careful.
- Overloading more than one session’s worth of concentrate is a potential recipe for mess.
Need Assistance with your Cloud Pen 3.0?
Try these Solutions to common issues:
Are you getting any light at all from the button? If not, make sure that its charged properly. This seems obvious, until you realize the power strip you were plugged into wasn’t turned on. Or…the USB port you were plugged into wasn’t actually a powered USB port. Or…there are many reasons to think your vaporizer is charging…when it isn’t. It happens all the time.
If you have charged it fully, and unlocked the power button, and are still getting no vapors, remove the mouthpiece, press the button, and see if the atomizer is at least getting warm?
If you have no activity from a fully charged 3.0, it’s possible that your atomizer has died. Try that atomizer on the other 3.0 that came in the package, and see if it works. If not, we have replacement cartridges available.
This is easily remedied by heating up the 3.0 for a short time, blocking one of the two holes on the side of the cartridge (they are in the silver band) and drawing. If warm enough, this should clear on one side, then repeat on the other side.
As you continue to use the 3.0, be mindful of this blockage potential. One trick to prevent it from happening is to continue to draw through through the 3.0 once a minute as it is cooling. Once all the internals have cooled to room temperature, you can stop.

All sales are final. Cloud Pen™ does not offer refunds on any purchases. Exchanges may be made for identical product within the 30-day warranty period if product is deemed defective and unused.
Before first use of your Cloud Pen™, we strongly recommend checking all attachments without materials inside to ensure functionality. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately and do not use your product. Products are eligible for warranty exchanges only if unused.
We offer a 30 day limited warranty on Cloud Pen™ atomizers found to be defective and unused.
12 Months – Warranty on Cloud Pen™ micro USB batteries deemed defective (lithium ion batteries only).
Cloud Pen™ products purchased from an authorized Cloud Pen dealer must be registered to receive warranty service. Products purchased from an authorized Cloud Pen dealer are covered under warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of the original retail purchase. If the product is deemed defective, Cloud Pen™ at its discretion will exchange the product with a equivalent functional product that is new or refurbished.
Items that have been used, broken due to accidental damage such as dropping of the product or water damaged, abused, modified, or products past their 30-day warranty period (12-month period for authorized retailer purchases) are non-exchangeable. Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship only. Cloud Pen reserves the right to refuse warranty service if loss of functionality is not related to a defect in material or workmanship.
We do NOT cover normal wear and tear, used atomizers, scratches, loss or theft, or accidental damage. This warranty excludes damages resulting from abuse, accident, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. Any customization made to your Cloud Pen™ will void your warranty.
All Cloud Pen™ Atomizers are disposable attachments. Due to the nature of the product, unused atomizers are covered by a 30 day exchange warranty.
Use of an atomizer will void your warranty. Please keep in mind that movement to the atomizer coils will not allow it to heat up properly.
It is highly recommended to season each new atomizer before first use. Do not over fill your atomizer.
